Pride Sash currently ship products selectively via USPS or FedEx. Flat rates are shipped via USPS.

Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping and handling cost is determined upon checkout automatically by FedEx or USPS depending on your order.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Given estimated ship dates and delivery dates are estimates only, and may be subject to some delays. Especially while in full graduation season, throughout April and May, in which production and delivery time delay can be extended by a up to a week.

Order History & Tracking

You can track the status of orders by logging in to your account. This will allow you to browse your order history and track the status of all your orders. Once shipped, you will get a shipping notification. Orders can be tracked through the USPS site or FedEx.com/Tracking.

Return Policy

Custom or personalized sashes cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless defective upon delivery, or for errors made by us in reference to your given specifications and/or personalization. We will redo products deemed defective promptly, to your satisfaction. Picture proof of the product(s) is required for us to evaluate claims of defect for return, refund, or replacement. Shipping addess errors made by the customer are not subject to a refund.

Color and fabric representations on the sash builder may vary depending on your screen. You are ultimately responsible for spell checking the customizations on your sash(es) before you finalize your order.
