Please note it is our general policy that, due to the made-to-order nature of our product, sales are available to cancel/refund only until placed into production.
We cannot be responsible for cancellation of events.

Currently we are experiencing production delays due to COVID – 19 recommended steps to reduce spread. Production is continuing within guidelines for safe congregating so we can continue our essential work for customers. However we do expect there will be some delays in ship dates to accommodate safe working conditions.

Current ship dates are running about 3 weeks for single sash orders. Group orders will be given the opportunity to request early ship dates when the order is placed.
